I have been making sure I drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day since last wednesday and a week on I am already feeling the benefits, I have so much more energy about me and the best bit is my skin is starting to glow and feels baby soft!! I have cut out all the junk etc so all im getting is the good stuff and wow wow wow, I will be sticking to this!!!
This is something that I struggle with. I can watch my calories but I NEVER and I do mean NEVER drink enough water. Confession....I can actually go days without drinking plain water. I'll drink it if I add in a diet drink packet like Crystal Light. I wonder if that counts as water consumption.
