I have one of those bodies, like a lot of people probably, where particular features are big compared to the rest.
It's frustrating, because if my thighs and boobs weren't so huge, I could go down a size or 2.

Interesting to see all of the differences. I guess every one (and store/designer) is different. I find that my own sizes change depending on the shop—in “trendier” stores I’ll be a 12 (maybe even 14)—in lower end store (like Old Navy) I’ll be a Medium/8-10.
Was trying on dresses today, and had the “bottom too tight, top too loose” problem
