Oh lord do I know this feeling. I unfortunately can no longer afford a gym but I work out in the house and stuff. I'm already terribly shy to the point I don't go out much anyway my weight just makes me even more self conscious.

Unfortunately my man can eat and eat and eat and im talking 21 soft shell tacos and not gain a pound. I however can stare at food. I get so frustrated sometimes but I realize Im doing this for myself. Yeah my kids and love of life factor into it. I'm just doing it for me this time. Slowly but surely.
