Dh ended buying a number of items from Old Navy for me in M and they all fit! It's crazy, though, if I'm in a M now, what in the world will I wear when I get to my goal?

Hope that helps!!

What are these plastic clip things? I've never heard of them...

We have very close measurements! I'm 39-33-41 at 5'7". (We're even close in height!)

At Gap, I'm usually a 10 or 12. At Ann Taylor, I'm an 8 or 10. I think AT just has a loser fit in general. To be safe, I always grab 8, 10, and 12 when going into the fitting room. 10 is almost always what I end up with though, for most brands.

Oh also, if you're looking for t-shirts or knit tops, I'd go with an M for both Gap and Ann Taylor.

For shirts that fit except for the bust, I just sew an extra snap button between the original buttons. Works like a charm!

Hey, that's great!! I'm so glad he found some stuff for you. I know how frustrating it is to not have anything that fits.

As far as what size at goal, I don't know. Maybe an XS? I was thinking about this today when I was looking at Lee jeans in the store. That's the brand I always wear. Anyway, they only go down to a 6. I'm squeezing into an 8 right now. Not sure what it will be like when I get to goal.

Anyway, congrats!!

Yeah I totally know about the what do you wear when you get to goal thing - I'm around 200 lbs +/- right now and in a 14 or medium. What happens when I lose 50 more lbs? There's no way these shoulders will ever fit into an XS. Geez.

What a good problem to have though.
