I've been contemplating going red (but the light strawberry red instead of auburn) once i lose weight, or being completely crazy and chopping off most of my hair and dying it black ala the neon flux chicka. Good thing there'll be enough time between now and then to talk myself out of it!

welcome to the redhead club!! i'm a natural redhead and i am actually flatterd when people want to dye their hair red after they see mine. i love my hair! i get complements on it literally everyday from lots of different people.

you look great with red hair by the way! i don't think theres many people out there that can make their dyed hair look natural but you do!

I love it! I am a natural redhead but it is very dark and looks brown without good lighting so I dye it a brighter red because I love red hair.

my hair is brown with tons of red in it- so going red is pretty easy for me. now, what i really want to be is blonde- but it looks wretched on me...wretched! it is also so hard to maintain b/c my roots grow fast. so red is pretty low maintenance for me. i think i am going to go red when i reach my next goal (5 more pounds)... :-)

awesome! i use all-henna to make my hair a really creamy, ruby garnet red. if you don't want your red to fade i recommend henna. no chemicals at all and it actually improves your hair. mine is soft, silky, shiny and heavy now. although it is very permanent and because i'm a blonde i do root touchups every 3 weeks or so and full head every 2 months.
