The pH of your sweat one of the reasons that some people get boils or other skin irritations. I mist of water infused with lemon juice is very helpful with this. but It should not be used on any broken skin because it hurts like ****!

Spandex makes you sweat which is why the 80% 0r higher cotton nickers are better.

I used to get a lot of thigh cysts and boils, but haven't had a single one since changing to "boy cut" underwear (boxer style), and washing with a pyrithione zinc shampoo such as Head and Shoulders (I went to a dermatologist and she recommended it as my only soap - face, hands, body, and of course hair). It's got to have the pyrithione zinc (I use Walmart's Equate brand because it's half the price of H & S). You can buy pyrithione zinc face and body soaps and lotions but they're crazy expensive (like $12 for one bar of soap).

I use "creamy" zinc oxide creams and lotions. The cheapest I've found is the Target brand equivalent to Desitin creamy (it's in the baby aisle and yes it's technically a "diaper rash cream," but it's the exact same formula you find in the first aid or sunscreen aisles, and instead of paying $8 a tube, it's only about $1.50).

After I shower and towel dry, I use the zinc cream in the areas that I'm susceptible to skin rashes and irritations, including the "creases" and my thighs. The "creamy" formulas are like a lotion, if you buy the standard formula, it's like Crisco - and that's not sexy. The creamy formulas are more like a lotion. The Target brand and Johnson's 3-in-1 are the most lotion-like. Even the Johnson's brand is fairly economical at about $3.50 a tube.

At the first sign of a pimple developing I'll put a dab of zinc oxide on the blemish, and it goes away really quickly. It also works great on burny, itchy hands and feet.

I'd buy this stuff by the barrel of I could.

tea tree oil works the best for me. HD is said to be related to being overweight and smoking, also with POCs, but you should really check with your doctor.
Regarding to sex... maybe you could cover the boils with band aids in order to protect them from more friction... lol... and for aesthetics.
Anyway, even though the bandaids could give you some confidence, if you trust and like this guy enough to have sex with him, you should be able to talk to him about it, so there will be no surprises.
sorry about my English, and good luck!

just a suggestion on how to cover it: how about wearing pantyhose/thigh high stocking? I think it can cover some, and might look very sexy as well.

On the side note, I think guys won't notice that much about our bodies when having sex as we women think. Like, they can't think that they prefer bigger boobs when they have one pair right in front of them (big or not). So yah, be confident!

I'm not sure if you get HIBISCRUB in America but I read that using it once or twice a day on the affected area can work wonders.
Hibiscrub is what surgeons use to wash their hands before performing an operation. It kills all the bacteria which in turn allows healing and prevents reinfection.

If not Hibiscrub then I'm sure you could find something similar in a pharmacy. Good luck!

I had this same issue for awhile. I've been using H&S (well, no-name H&S) like kaplods suggested and it's really been working! After just a week or so the bumps are really reduced. Thanks a million.
