Default Vitamins

Hi all! I am wondering what everyone takes for vitamins. I have always been good about keeping up on them, but lately have slacked off a bit and can definitely tell a difference. So share your daily routines please!

Guess it's a personal choice on what one's own body needs, but I take pure MSM caplets (3), vitamin c, vitamin d, magnesium and zinc.

I've never taken a vitamin per se (probably because of the past thinking that "vitamins make you hungrier"....which is probably not true) but I do take supplements. I take:

-glucosamine chondroiton w/ MSM (For arthritis and joint health.)

-black cohosh, a.m. and p.m. formula (For what I suspect is the beginning of menopause....recommended to me by one of the Urologists I work for to help with hot flashes.)

-acidophilus (To stave off yeast infections.)

I probably should be taking calcium, but I worry about constipation, gas and kidney stones.

I have a HUGE fear of choking on pills
so I have to take the Flintstones vitamin
pills. They have iron in them as well as
vitamin D. I love them because they're
so easy to chew, which is exactly what I need.

So glad to hear that I am not the only one out there. I also take the Flintstones vitamins because I hate to swallow pills.
