Default Black Cohosh For Hot Flashes
I am 48 and just within the last week or so have started to have what I think may be hot flashes. One of the docs I work for suggested black cohosh. Has anyone used this? I'd like to hear how it helped or didn't help. Any side effects? Thanks!
