Default Issues with shrinking breasts

Maybe this has been asked before or maybe I'm the only one who thinks up this crap, lol.

As my breast size increased over the years as the pounds added on, not only did my breast size increase, but so did the size of my aureole. So......will they shrink back to normal along with my breast size? I mean, currently they're damn near as wide as my palm.

Has anybody else gone through this? what happened when you lost a few cups sizes?

Default Better Posture equals bigger (looking) breasts

I had the same problem with shrinking breasts after losing weight. I noticed when I stood up straight in good posture, my breasts looked bigger. Problem was, I could remember to stand in good posture for about, ummmm, 3 minutes. A friend suggested a posture brace. I tried the PostureNOW one that is worn on the arms and now I barely have to wear it! My posture is great and my chest looks bigger! (carrot dancing smilie!)

Well...for me the girls did shrink but not in a pretty way sorry to say. This is after breastfeeding and several years of having large breasts (42DD) though. They are down to a 34 C now but there is a lot of loose skin left so they kind of hang...like two fried eggs on a nail LOL. (My favorite saying) They are pretty deflated and I hope I don't lose much more. Sorry if that's to much info LOL You look pretty young and have probably never had children so they may decrease in a better way for you. How much of a decrease depends on how much of your breasts are tissue (the inner firmer part) and how much is surrounding fat. You will lose the surrounding fat but not the tissue. They will most likely shrink to some degree. Everyone is a little different.

Just hoping I don't become all nip and little boob, lol.

Actually I'm 33. But no, no kids, no plans to. Even when I was 135 lbs though I was a hefty C cup. Am now a DD/DDD depending on the bra, and have been a D or DD for about 10 yrs now.

Areola cannot shrink. It' pretty much extra skin.
So if you have a problem with them being to big, I'd suggest a surgical reduction.

So they can expand but not shrink????

ugh. I see surgery in my future which I've always been squicked/terrified about.

They expand because of breast tissue stretching it.
So if your breast tissue shrinks, your areola is already stretched, it won't go back.

Sweetnlow28: Two fried eggs on a nail.... had me cracking up so hard. It made my day.
lilly221: When I first started losing weight I was 293lbs and was wearing a tight 44 D/DD, now I weigh 226lbs and I am wearing a 40C. And I have what u call exploding areolas. My boobs r starting to look like lil skin flaps resting on my belly. They r not precious one bit. I don't have any kids, so I believe they r saggy because I have gained and lost so much weight over the last 12 yrs. I am definitely getting a breast augmentation on these puppies.

When I was pregnant with my last son (I have two) I compared my areolas to a slice of deli pepperoni (pepperoni that measures 3 to 4 inches round). But after losing about 80 lbs mine are smaller (now maybe 1.5 inches). I was worried about them and feared they would increase to a size comparable to a slice of bologna. The girls do not look like I would like them to and think one day I could compare them to beagle ears (think snoopy). But right now, I am not embarrassed by them - they could be worse and I am not opposed to breast augmentation later. Whatever makes you feel good about yourself!!

I think mine have gotten smaller--they seem about the same in proportion, and the boobs are certainly smaller.

This may be TMI but they are certainly more sensitive. Before, they were so stretched out that they couldn't really get hard any more, but now the headlights come out at the drop of a hat. It means I have to avoid certain shirts, but it also has certain advantages.

Shmead, darling, do be very careful in the freezer section of grocery stores, or you don't know what accidents you may cause -- you may make some poor guy restocking the cases drop a heavy 20-pack of ice cream or something on his foot.

Since I started doing more upper-body work with dumbbells & such, I think mine are getting a little better-looking. But I'm so very glad that yoga is not practiced in the nude, in the manner of the athletes of ancient Athens, because what downward dog does to my poor deflated breasts & my stomach would not be an easy thing for a stranger to look at.

And I call them socks with a rock at the bottom. But as I said the upper body work has helped with that, at least a little. They're no longer kneesocks; they're more like ankle socks.

Schmead: Makes perfect sense....there's only so many nerve endings to go around, and women with bigger boobs are less sensitive. I guess I'll say buhbye to that once I get surgery, heh.

Does breast augmentation really do that? I don't have any problems with cosmetic surgery, but it seems really counter productive to give up sexual pleasure to look better . . . I mean, what's the point?

Or perhaps I am too goal oriented!

Every woman that I know who gets breast augmentation has told me that they are more sensitive. So who knows?
