So last month I bought a jean skirt from old navy. I usually dont buy them but this one was cute and it wasnt super short or super long so I got it. It was a little snug but nothing that made extreme muffin tops lol Well I finally got to wear it for the first time yesterday...its alittle too big. Not that it was falling off but to the point where it just felt awkward to wear. I cant take it back and I wanna keep wearing it but Im afraid by next month its gonna be even looser. Would it be worth taking and having it tailored?
Well, I am a fan of getting clothes tailored even if the item only cost $20. But that's because I'm 4,10 and even the petite clothes are too long for me!
If you love the skirt and think you'll get great use out of it, go ahead a tailor it. There are a lot of great and inexpensive tailors out there, it may just take some research. I normally take my jeans to a dry cleaner/tailor and it costs me about $10 a pair.
Oh wow!! That's awesome!! If you really like the skirt, and it sounds like you do, I would get it tailored! Keep up the good work, sounds like you are doing fantastic!!
