Question Bravissimo clothes?

I have been recently searching around on the Bravissimo site and I ADORE there clothes and bras. The only question I have before I go and order something and have it shipped over to the US is the sizes. Has anyone ordered any clothes/bras from them and if so how do the sizes relate to US? There isnt really any measurements on the site to compare to.

They do have a size chart with measurements, I've seen it I don't see it online now, but it's in a catalog I have at home. I'll try to scan it, but that would be tomorrow. I've never ordered, so I don't know how faithful they are to their size chart or if it's changed.

I LOVE Bravissimo's clothes. I have a blue jersey fabric dress from the Summer selection this year and OMG it's wonderful!

How are the sizes compared to US? I know I ADORE some of those dresses they have and I have always had a problem fitting clothes with my chest.

They determine your basic size by your waist.
Waist:
Size 8: 26-27"
Size 10: 28-29"
Size 12: 30-31"
Size 14: 32-33"
Size 16: 34-35"
Size 18: 36-39"

Then they have you choose Curvy, Really Curvy, or Super Curvy based on your bust size and on whether the cut is Fully Tailored or Relaxed. I'll scan the chart tomorrow, or if you tell me your waist, I'll post the Bust measurements for that size tonight.

Thank you so much! I already figured out the curvy/really curvy sizing, that WAS listed on the site!

Bravissimo this season got rid of the chart they used to give to estimate size. I found it very useful but apparently feedback from customers said it was too complicated! The advice now is to order your normal (UK) size. This will be a size or two bigger than your US sizes. I'm now a 12 curvy and have a 31 waist and currently have 34DD bras (but thinking of ordering 32E as I think I could go tighter on the underband).

Wow that's awesome. It would be wonderful to fit into a 14...maybe I'm a 14 super curvy on their scale. Too bad I'm not buying clothes right now...I'm waiting til I get to goal to invest in anything keepable.

Hope this chart helps. The lightest spots are hard to read, but I think it's obvious what they read by the pattern they follow in their sizing.
