instantly feel better within an hour ............drop ya workload ....forget the dishes .....hoovering...........or whatever needs 2 be done just for an hour.
Soak in the bath , paint ya nails n blow dry ya hair.
Thas my quick fix ...........n go back to what you were doing youll feel so much lighter on ya feet.
So what if ya not going out anywhere...............ull feel so much better and optimistic about things and ull feel few pounds lighter
works for me.
After all after all the effort we put it trying 2 lose weight .........we deserve a bit of pampering and 2 feel good no matter if where sitting in our front room or a palace lol
