First of all I don't recommend laser hair removal, I've had it done, I think I had about 6 treatments, its not permanant, I'm hispanic and Italian origin (hairyyyyyyyyyy) thick mustache and some hair on the chin, I use veet, from head to toe, and it work well, (smells bad)

I used to wax my eyebrows but I noticed I always had bad acne in the area after waxing. I almost never get pimples otherwise, so I blame the wax. I don't know if other types would stop that from happening (I used the Sally Hanson stuff) but if you do wax I would be really careful to clean the area before and after and avoid using the oil they suggest you use afterwords. Just apply some ice to the area, it works to get rid of redness and pain without causing major breakouts.
Actually, the little pimples are ingrown hairs. Its from having too fine of hair waxed and it snaps off at the surface. Or pulling the hair off in the wrong direction..it should be pulled off in the exact opposite direction the hair grows in.
I wax my eyebrows. I use a Depileve system at my shop and all of my customers say my waxing is WAY less painful than the lady down the road. I used a light powder on the area before I wax and it helps to keep the was from pulling on the skin as much and concentrates more on pulling out the hairs.
