I found this website and they are fairly exact measurements to sizing and it shows you across the board about sizing (different countries i mean)

Have you tried DUO? They do loads of gorgeous boots in 21 calf widths. Not only that but foot sizes 2-10 also. I have just indulged in a pair of Florence! Happing shopping girls.
