I've been slowly working my way up to maintenance calories. I've been increasing my portion sizes slightly and adding in some good fats like nuts and avacado. (There have perhaps been some double dessert days as well, but I'm not endorsing that

) I definitely didn't think that I'd have to worry about this problem either. Me? worry about eating enough?
I'm finding the gradual approach to be working pretty well. I was losing about 1-2 lbs a week and now I'm down to about .5 lbs a week. I'm hoping to ease to a stop within the next couple pounds.
