Just talked to Pookie's sister and she is out of surgery and doing okay. They were not able to do the amount of surgery she thought they were going to do, but did do the Gastric By Pass and a little of repair work on her intestines. So it looks like she will be in for more surgery at a later date, by today it's over and she's doing well.
Pookie is out of surgery!
