I use that yolk paint on sugar cookies at Christmas.

However, seriously, when I was restricting myself to whites, I just put them in one of those plastic containers in the fridge and when somebody feels like using them for salad or hot dish, they can just squash it. Besides, I don't eat more than two full eggs a day, but then I used to live with a big family, and there was usually someone hungry around :) lol.
