    -3 x 8 bent over single-side DB rows, 50#
    -3 x 8 bench press, 1 set at 60# and 2 sets at 50#
    -6 minutes on the stair stepper
    -3 x 8 lat pulldown, 100#, underhanded (chinup grip)
    -3 x 8 barbell overhead press, 45#
  • Friday, June 7th:

    60 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine, the usual, before & after
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
  • June 7: showed up for pilates and it was cancelled. Was wearing flip flops so could not stay and do something else. Went to the grocery store then did a 45 min dog walk. It's raining now; the universe is conspiring against me.
  • June 7: 7 mile run (54:35)
  • June 8: 60 minutes weight lifting (lats, delts, bis and tris)
    3.25 mile walk with dogs and DH
    2 hours gardening

    June 6: nothing-- traveled back to CA with dd

    June 7: 95 minutes Bikram Yoga-- dd tried it with me for the first time! So proud of her-- she has many health challenges and it was a big deal for her to try!

    June 8: 95 minutes Bikram Yoga with dd again!

  • Sunday, June 9th:

    15 minute Stairmaster warmup
    60 minute shoulder, bicep & tricep routine
    45 minute spin class
    Squats, calf raises, hamstring curls & leg extensions
  • June 9: 45 min dog walk (found $10!), power class
  • June 9th: 16.05 miles running (2:10:42)
    2 hours gardening
    12 minutes foam rolling
