When I want something sweet, sometimes I will munch on some Kelloggs frosted mini wheats. It says 24 biscuits is 200 calories.....But are they still 200 calories if I dig through the box and pick the ones with the most frosting on them??
Frozen raspberries with 0% cottage cheese.
When the fruit melts, it's like raspberry ice-cream, and I get my fix for both berries and sugary stuff.
Yeah, I'm a simple-minded person, I know. XD
Normally, nothing over my day's calorie limit is cheating,
however I'm currently in a low-carb experiment-of-one,
so, for right now, anything high-carb is cheating.
