I'm looking forward to my own warm-weather vacation, in mid-Feb. I've been hitting the gym and diet pretty hard to build up a cushion -- or, should I say, lose the cushion

-- before I go. After all, who wants to count calories on a vacation? I've lost another couple of pounds since Christmas, enough to change my profile weight and, while I was at it, update my avatar.

I'd like to lose a few more, but as long as I maintain where I am, I won't embarrass my kid toooooo much in my swimsuit. (Just kidding -- he's a good kid, and too young to worry about being embarrassed by his mother anyway.)
Work day for me here, so I'd better get to it.
