Aww, thanks guys! Megan, as I recall, when we were in the 20-somethings forum together you were already a maintainer -- how many years has it been for you?

Hooray for the Power Panda! I'm always happy when I see your avatar among various posts on a thread, JessicaClippy. There's bound to be something both thoughtful & sensible within. And you'll have just done an impressive workout. So, sneaking briefly on my mother's computer to send my congratulations & to thank you for your participation on this forum, which so many of us benefit from.

Congrats and may I say thank you for sticking around. So many provide so much inspiration, but leave the forum upon maintenance when we all need their advice the most. It's thanks to people like you that keep us all inspired and let us know that just like weight loss, long term maintenance IS possible! Congratulations!

Congratulations! How inspirational! I don't know what I'd do without 3FC. I don't know anyone in real life who has gone on a diet and actually lost weight, let alone kept it off, so you all are very inspiring! Keep up the good work and look forward to a life of health ahead of you!

I'm looking forward to my one-year maintenance anniversary myself. Just under a month to go!

Happy anniversary! It's great to read threads like these. They remind me it can be done. I found your observations useful, too.
