Default How this plan sound...

Well I am more maintaining than losing , I call my self a maintainer since July 5 , then I decide to go 10 more pound down , never happened My weight goes from 125 to 130 been on 128 most of the time .

Now I have been trying to keep tracking but is getting difficult , the weekends are the bad one , I was thinking since Mondays thought Friday night are OK why not to do those days at 1200 cal and them be free the weekends ( I have not idea how munch calories I ate during the weekend guessing maybe 2800 just to say something) ... will this help me to lose a little maybe a pound a month or so . I have to get back to exercise I am taking a not planing to long (2 months)break .

Thaks for any advise .

I think it sounds like it is worth a shot. Maybe instead of allowing complete weekend freedom, though, you want to simply plan for higher calorie days? That way you can keep your weekly average where you want it.

Similar to calorie cycling, I would imagine your body will respond to being shaken-up every few days.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
