knew there was a reason I was confused!
Actually, the book has you doing
two sets of squats.
But I went online and printed out the training log, which has space for four sets.
After I finished doing the second set, I went to write it in the log and noticed there was space for four sets. I actually thought to myself, "Huh, I thought I was only supposed to do two." And now, looking in the book, everything is 2 and 3 sets -- and I did 4 of everything. I guess I'm lucky I'm only a little sore.
~sigh~ You know, whenever I've been in the job market, I've never applied for jobs that list "attention to detail" as a requirement. It just isn't my thing.
