You are amazing, just like many other people who manage to lose so much weight.
I admire all of you. It was so hard for me to lose my 20+ pounds and when I see someone like yourself, who have accomplished so much more than me, make me proud of you. What an inspiration!!!
Congrats!!! and enjoy the new you!!!

Congratulations! I loved your post. When I am doing step ups with 35 pound dumbbells in each hand, thinking about how hard it is and how much my knees hurt, I also realize that that's what I was doing all the time, every day.

What an eye opener!

Thanks for posting your wonderful story. It was so uplifting!
I actually had a similar experience this morning when I had to lift my dog into the tub for a bath. I was struggling with her and thought about how much the vet said she weighed recently: 24 pounds. I then realized that I have lost that exact amount of weight (172 to 148). It was a great wet doggy NSV!

What an amazing story!
I've had a similar experience when weight-lifting. While I lost only ten pounds, I think about those ten every time I lift my little five-pounder weights. With each rep I think "This is what was sticking to my legs two months ago!"
Congratulations, tylnn, and good luck!
