Hi everyone ... well an not a maintainer by a number I still need to lose about 3 to 5 pound to really be... but a want to call my self a maintainer already, what do you guys think?

This is the point I want to maintain at 125-130 i have been under 130 for around 3 - 2 weeks the lower number been 128 , and the higher 130 .... I know the it is not about the number .... but o boy i really want to see the 125"s but is getting harder to lose. I think you already are a maintainer!

I still have 5 lbs. I'd like to lose but I've been pretty steady at 135 for over a year. There are several other people here who are also struggling with those last 5 pesky lbs. Sometimes you have to change the goal number because your body just doesn't want to give up those lbs.
