July 12: 15 minutes elliptical, 45 minutes arc trainer (after changing machines in the gym when the one I really wanted became available, & let me move off the one I'd merely settled for)
July 13: 60 minutes weights, 45 minutes spin class
July 14: 60 minutes arc trainer, 35 minutes Pilates routine from my notes
July 15: 55 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes Pilates class (still lamenting the lost 5 minutes on the elliptical -- but I started late & needed some cooldown time before Pilates)
July 16: 60 minutes elliptical, 60 minutes weights
July 17: 45 minutes spin class, 60 minutes Pilates class
July 18: 45 minutes spin class, 60 minutes weights
