    June 16:
    New fitness center at work!
    - 5 min warmup on upright bike @90rpm
    - 3 sets of bench presses with the bar + 5#. Not sure how much the bar weighs, but I'm guessing less than 45# since I don't think I can press 50#. 12 reps the first time through, only 8 the last.
    - 1x12 squats, no weight
    - 2x12 leg press @60# on the machine
    - 3x12 lat pull-down machine @55#
    - 3x12 shoulder press, 1.5 sets with 2x5# dumbbells, 1.5 with 2x10#
    - 3x10 back extension, no weight
    - 3x10 Roman chair leg lifts
    - 5 min stretching

    Planning a swim tonight when I get home too.
  • Jessica, yay for the new fitness center, and thanks for posting the details of your weights workout. I am always curious to know what other people are doing - how many reps, sets, and how much weight. I'll try to remember what I did and put it here, too.

    50 min elliptical
    weights (about 1 hour):
    4x12 back squats @105#
    2x12 incline chest press @45#
    2x12 full push-ups
    2x12 deadlifts @55#
    12 dead rows @55#
    2X12 lat rows w/ 17.5# dumbbells
    12 tricep press/skull crusher combo @40#
    12 tricep pullovers @40#, 12 @30#
    12 tricep dips
    12 standing tricep extensions w/ 25# plate
    4x12 bicep curls @30#
    2x12 step ups w/ 15# dumbbells
    2x24 jump lunges
    12 upright rows @30#
    12 overhead presses @30#
    12 shoulder flyes/extensions w/ 7.5# dumbbells
    12 front/side raises w/ 7.5# dumbbells
    4x12 various ab exercises (1 set was prone jackknifes)

    18 min on bike

    I will probably go to the pool later, too, but I will most likely lie on a floatie while the kids swim.

  • Ward, I like to see the details of everyone's workouts too! But then I kind of feel like a wimp when I read yours!

    June 16 PM swim (30min):
    - 4 laps warmup swim
    - 6x100 yards, 10s RI, some I did with 5 strokes between breathing
    - 4 laps cooldown

    June 17:
    - 11 mile bike ride, 55 min

  • Add on a 15-min dog walk to June 17.

    June 18: 45 min run, 3.5 miles, plus warmup/cooldown walks
  • June 18: 50 min elliptical, 1 hour weights workout, similar to Wed.
  • June 19: 15 minutes power walk & 15 minues jog on the park
    90 Jumping Jacks & 25 minutes strength training..
  • June 19: 2.1 mi walk (w/ a little run), :31, spin class, 52 min elliptical
  • June 21: 45 Minutes elliptical & 30 minutes strength training..
  • June 20: 3.5 mi walk (:55), 45 min elliptical, 25 min bike
    June 21: rest
  • June 19: 30 min walk with doggie

    June 20:
    1:30 bike ride, 18.8 miles as follows: 45 min warmup, 5x6min hard intervals w/2 min recovery, cooldown
    35 min swim as follows:
    3 laps swimming warmup
    3 laps drills
    2 laps swimming
    8x50yard intervals fast, 1min RI (averaging 1:15 for 50 yards)
    4 laps swimming cooldown (a couple breaststroke in there, one backstroke)

    June 21: rest day
