June 7: 50 min elliptical, 10 min bike, full body weights (1 hour), mowed the lawn (1 hour). Hmm ... I think I might be tired later.

June 7: 45 Minutes Elliptical & 30 minutes strength training.

June 7: 10 min warmup walk, 45 min run broken down into 15 min warmup, 4x4min intervals w/1min recovery, 10 min cooldown, followed by a 5 min walk. 3.75 miles on the 45 min run portion.

June 11: 45 min easy run (by "easy" I mean slow, not easy!), made it only 3.4 miles and it was broiling outside. Walk on either end.

June 12: 65 min elliptical, spin class

June 13:
1.5 hour bike ride with 3x10 min intervals (10min RI), 18.7 miles
30 min swim workout as follows:
100 yards swimming
100 yards drills
100 yards swimming
7x50yd intervals, 1min RI
200 yards cooldown

June 14:
20 min dog walk
Run as follows:
10 min warmup walk
10 min warmup jog
5x3min sprints, 3min RI
8 min cooldown jog
10 min cooldown walk
Total: 45 min running -> 3.77 miles plus walks on either end
