B - oatmeal, raisins, pumpkin butter, skim milk
L - @work, Panera - plate of fiesta salad w/chicken, two pcs baguette
S - banana
D - leftover rice and tofu stir fry
S - tortilla chips, salsa
E - dog walk

My roll is still going! I have some painkiller weight on me, and I'm STILL below redline. I can definitely FEEL it on my body.

B - Bagel thin, cream cheese, turkey
S - RF Cheddar Cheese Toast
L - Leftovers: Pork chop, red beans and rice, asparagus
S - Not sure. Protein bar? We're out of protein powder.
D - Tri Tip, roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli
S - NSA Ice Cream, berries

E - 65 min cardio (done!), 70 min strength (about to do)
