Congratulations Meg!!! What an awesome accomplishment. Thanks so much for sharing all your wisdom, it has helped me so much on my weight loss journey. It is wonderful to "know" someone that has lost a large amount and kept it off. You are amazing!

Thank you all for your kind words.

I was thinking about how it would be so awesome if, in five years -- 2014 -- every last maintainer who is here now would still be here and still maintaining. Wow, we'd really be beating some serious odds, wouldn't we? Let's do it! All of us, maintaining, for the next five years. We can do it!

And save all your spare change because after we all maintain for the next five years, we'll all get together for a Maintainers Meetup, place to be decided.

Wow! 7 years! My dad has been maintaining his loss of 40 pounds for about 4 years now. It's definitely work. You have to change your eating habits permanently. Kudos to you for beating those stupid "statistics." I am sure I can too! You're an inspiration!
