Good morning: I just stumbled onto this blog and plan to visit it again. I lost 50+ lbs. through WW@W and want to see how others are maintaining their loss. Losing 50 lbs. at age 50 was a good start to the second half of my life, and I want to keep on track. I've had more than a couple of days off the wagon, and I've gotten rid of too many clothes to go back!
Also, I am a chick whose rooster wants to lose weight! Can anyone here direct me to a place on this Web site for this discussion? I've resisted mentioning my husband's weight because it doesn't do any good. But now that he's mentioned how unhappy he is with his weight, I've persuaded him to try WW for a month after the first of the year-- he has seen that it has worked for me.
Thoughts, anyone?
