Everyone has been telling me that the extra weight I've seen the last two weeks was water from working out more, and while I wanted to believe it I secretly doubted. Today I weighed in at 124, .8 below my starting maintenance weight, 3 pounds below Monday. It isn't official weigh day, so I'm not posting it to my sig or anything, but it was nice to see that the water did go away! Thanks everyone!
I'm one of those people that will doubt things right in front of her face... I had no doubt that people knew what they were talking about, and I even said those things to other people and told them not to worry, I just found myself thinking "what if this is different? What if I did something else wrong I just don't know about yet?"
