S - banana (105)
L - bagel (250), cream cheese (90), lettuce (2), turkey (50)
S - apple (80), yogurt (130)
D - lime steamed chicken (100) with chinese greens (190), rice (150)
S - bagel (250), cream cheese (120)
Total - 1782
Exercise - 30 min walk with dog

L - rice (250), sauce (60), chicken (100)
S - apple (80), granola bar (90)
D - pasta (200), sauce (60), parmesan (30), broccoli (25)
S - yogurt (170), a couple bites of cheese and turkey (20?)
Total - 1490
Exercise - 30 min powerwalk with dog

D - rice (175), small amount of leftover indian food (250?)
S - cherries (70), popcorn (90), string cheese (70), tortilla (120) w/pb (90)
Total - 1705 
Exercise - 20 min dog walk morning

D - rice (200), cauliflower curry (200)
S - two mochi (140)
Total - 1640
Exercise - two hours of walking with dog
Sunday 5/18
B - raisin bran (200), milk (65)
S - banana (105)
L - rice (150), cauliflower curry (200)
S - banana (105), yogurt (150)
D - roast chicken drumstick and breast meat with potatoes and onions (430), frozen veggie mix (60), cranberry sauce (80)
S - fruit salad (50)
Total - 1595
Exercise - 30 min walk with dog
