Well as for my nirvana, we shall see......
I do count calories, but it's always just a rough estimate, rather a guesstimate at best! I have honestly never kept a food journal, nor do I intend too. I just basically kept a running tally in my head for weightloss & I do the same for maintenance. I aim for 500 calorie breakfasts, 500 calorie lunches and 500 calorie suppers and if I am hungry I add in 200-300 calories worth of snacks and call it a day. If I am hungry I eat more, if I am not so hungry I eat a bit less. Pretty simple regime, simplicity works best for me!
