B - 1/2 cup organic Pumpkin flax cereal, about 1 cup of organic vanilla non fat yogurt
S - 8 oz fresh strawberries
L - tuna fish sandwich (made with tuna in spring water, light mayo, onion, pickles), 2 pieces of whole grain bread, sliced heirloom tomato, kale, 1 cup roasted butternut squash with a dollop of maple pumpkin butter
S - no sugar added cocoa
S - orange
S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, orange pepper strips)
D - Veggie tacos - 3 organic blue corn shells, veggie crumbles, a tiny bit of fat free sour cream, low fat cheese, tons of salsa, chopped roma tomato, romaine, 1/2 cup refried black beans with a sprinkle of low fat cheese on the side
