Default Weight maintence article

There was a really interesting article on WebMD a couple days again that suggests the real weight loss maintenance statistics aren't as dismal as the 1in 20 that has been quoted forever. I posted on the news board for this one, but here is the link to my summary, which contains the link to the article. I'm actually going to look for the paper in the original literature, because I think it is interesting enough.
