some pretty strange stuff....

for me, i'll stick with my personal favorite, the corn dog. last time i had one, i went from here in nc....all the way to the Iowa State Fair to have one. (best fair in the country, in my opinion!!)

and yes, it was worth the trip.

oh, and i'll have a fresh squeezed lemonade with that, please.

all i can say is deep fried cookie dough. mmmmmmmm! it was good

The local fast food place near here does a mean fried mars bar or snickers. Not bad, but you do need to let them cool slightly or the will burn your tongue

Oh god - I am such a foodie. I can see how most of these work flavor wise and in combination.

The meal worm isn't exactly appetizing for me, but I can see how the textures/saltiness/sweetness work though.

Unfortunately, now I REALLY want fried pickles...

The best tasting (yet probably the worst thing I ever ate) was deep fried cheesecake with powdered sugar and fudge from the county fair.

I am seriously grossed out by chocolate covered scorpions!!! I could never eat something like that!!!

But at fairs I love deep fried oreos!!
