I'm at my calorie goal for the day, it is Friday night and I look around at my house at the past week's destruction (toys, dishes, laundry, popcorn in the LR floor, hubby's retiling our bathroom - UGH) and I know I have a huge homework assignment due --- STRESS!!!!!! I can feel my neck tensing just thinking about all that I have to do tomorrow. Anybody got something funny to relax my shoulders??? If not, I'm afraid I'll head straight to the fridge or the wine bottle
