is that the same as the Reduce Plus? if it is I'm taking it I'm not sure if you can only take 2 and get similar benefits. I've been taking it since April I don't know if it working for me. First they told me to take 2 after breakfast and 2 at bedtime. Then they told me to take 2 after breakfast and 2 after dinner, Then on this past Sat they told me to take it 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner. The only thing that stayed the same was the 30 mins. before or after. When I was taking 30 min after my meals I would sometime to take it for a while, I would always take them, but it might be like hour or so later. I'm sorry I was not much help.

CLA has been an interesting supplement to study. Various published studies have shown that it's useful for helping keep weight off once you've lost it, but that it does nothing to help you lose the weight. It has something to do with the fat cells filling back up again after you've lost weight.

Berkeley Wellness, University of California, has this to say:

Quote:

CLA

Claims: Causes weight loss, makes dieting easier, and helps keep fat off.

If CLA produces any benefits, they would come only from large amounts—more than you can get from food. Nobody knows whether such high levels are safe. And no one understands the long-term benefits and risks.

Bottom Line: Studies have been intriguing, but have had inconsistent results. The long-term risks are completely unknown.

I am taking it but I do not get mine from the center. I buy it at GNC during gold card week. I read up on it befor I decided to take it and does occur natually in red meat and cheese. I don't know what size capsule you are taking but I take my "horse pill" two times a day, one at breakfast and one at lunch.
