The Fast Forward is there to get your body ready for the program and to help get your cravings under control. Protein Choices are unlimited except for two shell eggs a day. You can have as many egg beaters or egg whites as you want.
The following veggies are unlimited: Asparagus, bok choy, broccoli, celery, collard greens, cucumber, lettus, zucchini. Basically low carb veggies are OK.
Other Choices that are limited include: Artificial Sweetener 3 per day, 2 slices light cheese a day, 1 tbsp light cream cheese a day, FF Creamer 1 tbsp/day, Light Mayo 1 tbsp/day
This is not the complete program but it should give you a pretty good idea. Keep your caffininated bevs limited and drink lots of H2O and remember to keep your sodium low! Good luck.
