I have been having trouble staying on plan lately, and the Lites seem to just be making me crave More sugar. THey are so high in sugar already and they have set off a few binges. What plan would I be on if I didn't do lites (I'm on Gold now with lites). How do people like the plan without the lites?
I was on red with lites and now they have moved me to red w/o lites and I like it much better. I received no problems from my COD when I told them I didn't want to do the lites. I like being able to use food only in my daily meal plans.
The norm is to go up one plan w/o lites. So if you are on gold w.lites they would put you up to purple w/o lites. Which means 1 extra veggies and 2 oz on proteins.
actually - yeah, GoldW/lites seems a little high for your current weight. I would think you should be blue w/lites or gold w/o lites. That could be why you haven't lost?
Kim-I think you mean green w/lites. Blue is actually somewhere between purple and red, but it's mainly used for folks with crazy schedules-like swing shift workers . . . . .The "normal" progression, as I understand it, is red plus, red, (blue), purple, gold, green . . . . . . .Orange is for teens.
Hmmmm....COD's are all inconsistent. I was on gold and when I started exercising they put me on Blue...I work a normal schedule; maybe they just thought I was crazy!

when I started I was169.5 was put on the gold with the lites. When I didn't buy the lite at that time they moved me to purple w/o the lites. But last week at 153.6 I brought 10 boxes to see if it would help. they moved back to gold w/lites. if that helps.
I guess they are really inconsistent. I started at 188.5 and they put me on gold with lites. I have been losing, but very slowly. I also am on blood pressure medicine, so that may have something to do with the variations.
A few years ago I did joined a place that was similar to LAWL as far as the plan goes however, you could only use the shakes or drinks. You could eat the bars but had to count them as a protein and a starch, I don't know if that helps or not.
