I just wanted to report that thanks to everyone and their advice...I went into my COD on Wednesday-and maintained, but went in today and lost a whopping 3 pounds. You all were right

But isn't that the hardest lesson to learn. One of my friends suggested a pill that you took right before bed that when you woke up..bam 20 pounds instantly gone

I know it's impossible, but I like that idea

Buffy - I found out a way to lose 200+ pounds overnight... but when I got up, he was in the LR asleep on the sofa! (I love that man!)
