Default Broccoli Chicken Cassarole

This is a fairly simple cassarole my mom made for us as kids, and it's very yummy, easy to make, and constitutes as my comfort food. I've modified it to be OP:

6-8 oz. cooked chicken breast, cut into chunks (according to plan)
1-2c frozen broccoli
1 packet LAWL Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup
1c HOT water
1/4c RF cheddar cheese
optional (counts as fat): French's French Fried Onions

Combine cooked chicken and broccoli in a small cassarole dish. Mix the soup powder with the water and stir vigorously (get rid of as many chunks as possible). Pour soup mix on top of broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top, and add a sprinkling of French Fried Onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Counts as: 1P, 1D, 1Lite, 1-2V (depending on how much brocolli you use), and 1Fat (if you use the FF Onions).
