Hi everyone, My name is Shon and I am new to this site. I joined LAWL in April of this year and at first I was doing excellent (lost 13 lbs first month), but some how I fell off the wagon and now I am trying to get back on. I have about 16 weeks left and I need to lose at least 30-40 lbs and I really need you all help. My mother in law was so nice to have paid for this program for me and I do not want to let this gift she has given me go in vain, so if you all could please help me, I have a hard time planning my meals day by day. I am starting the take off today 9/20/06 and will finish on tomorrow, so I will start back planning meals on Friday 9/22/06. I have read some of the emails you send back and forth to one another and I think that it is so awesome to have supporters. I would also appreciate if Deb and Dragonfly would send me their spreadsheets to help me out. If anyone have menus for the week they would like to share I would love and appreciate it (I am allergic to seafood), but I can sub. fish for chicken on the menu.
