Dinner - 6 oz grilled chicken marinated in Mrs. Dash, lettuce salad w/1T FF italian dressing, 15 grapes (1P, 1V, 1Condiment, 1F)

Lea Ann is ashamed of herself for being so OffPlan lately. I'll do great parts of the day then blow it with a fistful of animal crackers, then realized this morning I went over in protein but way under in fruits and veggies. When I fell off the wagon it ran over me--but I'm getting myself back up--slightly bruised (ego and weight).
