I'm still short one starch, but just ogt home from work (yes its late) and will prob have a rice cake or something similar -- maybe a graham cracker.
I used my fruit today with 4 -4 ounce glasses of the Krudg. juice w/the added fiber. Trying to keep the clense.

I think i did not do to good on plan today. I feel like crap now. Any idea about the refried beans. Im sure they are not to good for you. I feel like i had lots of sodium today. But i did drink LOT OF WATER
Stacy - The refried beans probably contained lard if you ordered them at a restaurant. Also, COD might not like you combining all the veggies. I would ask for their suggestions. This is a learning process.
Cassi -- are we not suppose to combine veggies? I typically have my veggies in one sitting (dinner)
Yesterday (8/16) I dont know if I was on/off program or not lol. I did day camp with my son and it was hard, because I didnt have time to pack / plan right or enough for me;
B - 1 protein shake, 100c (1/2 P)
L - turkey breast on 2 slices RF bread (1P, 2 S)
S - cheese 2 ounces (1D)
D - spag w/sauce (1S, 1V), Chicken, 1P, spag squash (2V, 1Fat), 1/2 roll (1S)
S - cheese 2 ounces (1D)
missing my fruit - only had 4 ounces of the krud juice (1F), so I missed that for the day and missing one V. I should have thrown some fruit into my bag, but we were gone from 8am - 4pm and I prepared my kids food but as always, didnt prepare enough for me.
I know I OD"d on carbs (starches) -- we got home late from day camp and my son was sick.
