B - 1 wedge RF laughing cow cheese rolled in 2 oz low sodium deli roast beef (1/2P,1/2D)
L - 2 oz low sodium roast beef & 1T RF mayo in LaTortilla Factory tortilla; 1/2 cucumber, sliced, 6 baby carrots (1/2P,Fa,S,V,V)
S - In-laws over, so we served appetizers. I had 12 RF potato chips and about 2 1/2T RF onion dip, 10 pretzel sticks and 2T honey mustard dip, and about 3 oz shrimp cocktail. I skipped the LA Lites today.
D - 6 oz skirt steak, 1/3c orzo with 1 oz parmesan cheese and 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/2c steamed spinach, 9 oz red wine (P,S,1/2D,V,V,Fr,Fr,Fr)
S - We had dessert - I had 1/4c FF SF vanilla ice cream over 2oz of cake
A little over, but not too bad.

NOTE TO SELF AND OTHERS: I was on plan, but up .4. COD said it's due to the red meat (see steak and roast beef) and pork over two days. Also, I did not get my water in yesterday. Lastly, due to all the previous two things, things "weren't moving" like they usually do before WI. If you're going to have a few days like this, give WI one more day, or remember not to beat yourself up when you get on the scale!
