I went to my COD today for my WI. I did fine. Slowly moving down the scale, but down the scale is always good. My counselor flipped to the front of my file and said, "Oh, you are doing so great, it won't be much longer before we switch your plan to gold." GOLD...I almost choked. I'm on Red now (with lites). I asked her if I could try Purple before I go down to Gold. And she said, "You’re on Red?" (Yes, this is the same lady who called the dietician to get me on Red). Then she said with the number of hours I work out each week, I'll stay on Red as long as I am losing. Is this right?

They switched me from red to purple after I had stalled for 4 weeks. I would say that if you continue to lose then I would request that you stay on red. If you stall out, then you should consider moving down to purple, or even blue with your hours.
