Default A Smile and more TO questions!!!

HJMom-What ever you do, don't give up. We ALL had to start somewhere and just the fact that you are willing to TRY means that eventually you will see results as long as you stick with it. Believe me, we've all had our success and stalls but, the fact that I can pull my jeans over my thighs now is amazing compared to how I felt only a month ago. Keep your head up and it will come to you too young grasshopper!!! (Karate Kid remember!!!??? )

You guys-what's the cantelope do? I mean what is the fruit in the TO for, just for fiber? I haven't learned anything about TO yet so, that's why I have so many questions. Also, when do we do that?

Rachy- You do TO when you have been naughty and need to clean out your system and get back on the wagon. Not only do you usually drop a few pounds, it helps get rid of sugar and starch cravings. You can use juice or cantaloupe or oranges or watermelon, or juice. I like using fruit, I feel more full that way.

I think that you are doing wonderful-and the bottom line is, that the saleslady wanted her commission on the Lites, and you stuck to your guns and kept with the Lunas, and it ticked her off.

You did the right thing.

I think that for those of you who need the accountability of going in to get weighed, and it is working for you, that that is wonderful. But, I think that the deetsmom, who made the point that "they don't kid themselves, they know what the LAWL counselors are" are 100% correct.

The bottom line is, you have to look out for yourself-and you did just that. The counselor was looking out for herself as well, so why shouldn't you? You are getting great results.
