Okay ladies- I'm starting my 1st day of TO today. Didn't do great yesterday. All the food I had was OP with the exception of the asparagus tart. But I did drink too much wine. But I either gave everything away or threw it out if I couldn't eat it. Like the ham, rolls (didn't eat), chips and salsa (tossed the chips). However I have some beer in my fridge that I need to get rid of. Party at my house!

So are we all going to do 10 days of the shakes instead of 12?

The only reason I can think of not to do the 10 is that it would put the TO portion 2 days closer together -- which would put us doing TO less than 2 weeks apart ?? Its only 2 days closer -- think there will be any "issues" with that ?

I am game for either way --

Stacey,
With the challenge, you still get your bars but you replace 1P and 1S with a shake. You can use SlimFast High Protein instead of the center's SlimDowns because they're cheaper.

no-either use the LAWL Slimdowns or slimfast high protein shakes. The LA lite shakes are not considered a meal replacement.

Well I’m pretty certain I’ll be joining you ladies in the six week challenge. I went way overboard this weekend. My brother hosted Easter this year and he served BBQ ribs! They’re not even listed as an option in the booklet, but they were so good. His girlfriend is an awesome cook. She makes everything from scratch and I just couldn’t resist her fabulous carrot cake. I only had a small sliver of a piece, but it was sinfully good!
Fortunately my scale wasn’t up this morning, but I feel like crap. I don’t know what’s worst, the gilt or feeling so bloated.

I’m going to try to start tomorrow, but if I can’t get to the store tonight, I’ll start on Wednesday. Today is DS actual b-day so we’re taking him out for pizza tonight. I’ll be eating a salad of course. I definitely don’t need to top this weekend off with pizza! I’m really kind of pumped up for this challenge. I need to get these last pounds off because I’m so tired of this phase.

I was insanely off plan this weekend, but I am back on the wagon this morning with my shake. I really like eating like this. I feel really good.

What does the shake do in place of 1P and 1S??? Do you all see more of a loss doing this? I am only allowed two starches and I have a hard time with only having two.
ALso, do you eat out much? I am addicted to Taco Bell tacos "diet" style!!!

You know, I do too, Katie. I don't really want to give up 1S, but 1P is not a problem for me. And the shakes fill me up and I feel great.
